We are talking about Toledo Bend... I survived Indian Creek last Friday... thanks for the warning

I think it's called North Toledo State Park.
If the wind isn't bad we run from the bridge.

Yeah that launch isn't far from there. It's about a five minute boat ride from our camp. You can launch at San Miguel, also.

Yes. I know San Miguel is just south of there but I have never launched there. We usually go to that launch way back in the woods..
We may go this weekend

I would like to launch at the 191 bridge... Kinda like the way it looks back there from the map I have... just worried about the water being muddy from the creek

If it is throw really dark colors around clumps of grass.
But you would eventually find good water.

Has anyone fished south of six mile lately? We are headed there this weekend.

How do you get South of Six Mile? Seems ab as far South as it gets on Toledo if I'm remembering correctly.

We have a camp in a cove just south of six mile (not sure of the name of the area). It's actually just south of six mile creek

There are a couple of creeks south of 6 mile. Indian is one. Can't recall the other.
