You have to go to the right Verizon store. The Siegen location is not the correct answer. I never get anything accomplished with the tards in that store.
I've had much more luck with the guy at the kiosk in Mall of Louisiana.
BTW, their company policy is to avoid any scenes inside the store. If you walk into a store and start raising your voice, they attempt to pacify you ASAP. Just work your way up to the highest person.

im in new orleans, but thanks, i dont want to make the people in the stores feel bad, they are just doing their jobs
