Made me nervous as frick. Had SO do measurements but ended up going to a tailor after the concierge doubted some.

Did the tailor's measurements come back a good bit different than the first ones? I was thinking it was worth it to get a pro to do it, but since the website actually suggested "a friend", I thought maybe I was putting too much stock in the preciseness of them.

You looking sharp in those suits and shirts? I have a few suits that were tailored after being bought off the rack, but from what I gather based on the number of measurements they take, this is a whole new level of custom fit. I want to replace the few earlier suits I bought back in college/year one post-grad that look like hand-me-downs.

They ended up being fairly spot on with one measurement being off fairly substantial which is one that goes down arm and bends at elbow. Your so may be a little sharper than mine. I guess I just have weird measurements. He thought my shoulders seemed to wide and my arms too long. It's a whole dif level of fit and frankly it's how a suit was intended to fit. I wore it one time. To a funeral at that and I heard comments about the suit all day. I did not get the slimmest fit but rather middle choice and I'm very happy with my decision. I did however get the slimmest shirt fitting and I think that was wise too esp if it's a shirt that will be worn soley under a suit or with a vest bc you won't get any bunching up.
