Think about it, NO just signed one of the best safeties in the game. Drew no longer has to throw on Revis twice a year. Byrd is going to stop all that high flying crap in Atlanta and come lay some wood on Cam and those wanna-be Panthers.

BUT, if they're going to win it needs to be now. Drew isn't getting any younger and it may be Graham's final year in NO.

Who are you expecting a big year from? I got my eyes on Galette. He, and maybe another big year from Kenny V.

It's all going to come down to where and who the Saints play in the playoffs. I expect them to contend for the NFC South and NFC, but another bad match-up on the road could cause trouble.

I don't think that was really the issue. He still has to throw on, most likely at some point, Sherman, Thomas, Chancellor, etc...

But yes, I agree. This is the year, as always.

Now we get to throw against verner.
Get chased by johnson.

that tampa defense is definitely underrated. Add in they have Lovie Smith (who gave us fits like no other in Chicago), this is going to be a rough year.

One benefit of this division: Carolina lost their starting S and plan on having a crippled vet in the back

Aw man talk about it! Then if we could draft a guy who'd give some quality in game reps, we'd be golden. I do agree that a road playoff could put us in a whole, but let's hope we don't end up going that route

Need some O-Line help first before we even start claiming playoffs.

Hell I'll throw on Verner all day if that means avoiding Revis. They're defense will be nice. But you see what the Browns are doing on defense? GOD! Whitner already signed and could possibly get Revis. Talk about a smothering.

Yes definitely. Just hope the draft brings us some nice surprises.

If we contiue to get players that are not strangers to the cold I think we could have a good chance to go to the Big One!!

Verner will be better than Revis this year.

Why is OL such a problem? I agree it'd be nice to have an OL like the 49ers but as it stands its not a bad OL. The only spot I see as a question is right tackle, but why not just kick Charles Brown out there? We can draft a C or get one cheap in FA, but DLP isn't terrible or anything. The key to protecting drew is establishing a running game which is what I think we're making a priority and started during the playoffs.

I personally think Charles Brown is garbage. I don't think starting a rookie at C is a good idea either.

Getting two new starters at OL and working in a 2nd year player (with little experience) at LT worries me a little.
