He's talking NSA vs Snowden. He falls on the Berkley side of that equation. Clinton/Obama don't.

Paul will need to tread carefully there. It is Berkley. There will be anarchist types in the audience who'll want to push their POV. Paul needs to ensure he doesn't get drawn too far out, but he has a shot at driving in yet another wedge for the Dems to contend with.

Brilliant if he can pull it off.
