Good grief man. The fetus / baby / child is completely out of the birth canal save the head, with body and limbs moving and wiggling in the air before a sharp instrument is used to puncture the skull. There isn't even a part of you that thinks that is barbaric? And then you want to turn around and lecture us about things like socialized medicine?
You are coming off as just as much of a hack as some of the people on this board that you ridicule.
