But its NOT "20 weeks to make a decision"
Its 20 weeks gestation age. That usually means between 18-19 weeks after fertilization. 16 weeks after the missed period.

SCIENCE - try it out!

BTW - The standard isn't "long enough to make a decision according to X-jackass on TD.com" its VIABILITY. A 20 week fetus isn't viable. The youngest to EVER survive was 21 weeks and 6 days. This law is unconstitutional.

You mean the same science that is beginning to prove that these children can feel pain well before 20 weeks?
