Consider this another vote for Seven Habits. I first read it in a college class and I've read it five times over the last 15 years. Every time I learn new things about myself.
I am currently about half-way through 21 Laws. It is an excellent book.
How To Win Friends and Influence People is a classic as well. I'd probably start there, then read Seven Habis, and then move into the leadership books.
