The more I see the team play, I just feel like winning isn't the #1 thing to any of them except maybe Stringer and Shavon. Problem is Stringer is tiny and Shavon is hit or miss. If JOB, Mickey, Martin played with the intensity Shavon played with, we'd be a top 25 team.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

You never know when JOB is going to come in and dominate/take over the game or be lazy and just go with the motions.

I disagree about Mickey, I felt like he actually regressed a little as the year went on. I think his body just wore out towards the end of the year. He will be a stud next year.

Martin improved but he's lazier than JOB. to be honest unless Josh Gray is the next Marcus Thorton, you can expect the same next year even if our 3 big men all return.

I think we will be better but you can't coach lazy.

This. This. This.

The players have to want it. We need a leader, too.

i understand your train of thought, but if Gray or Hornsby are intense type dudes they are going to "ignite" this team

we had the unfortunate luck of having all passive dudes on this years team, no guys who would get mad stoke the fire and call people out

im hoping that gray comes in and takes leadership of the team, with the types of guys in our locker room they're pretty much just waiting for someone to step up and be a leader
