I don't have any sympathy for the guy. When I met him in 2007 he was a royal jackass. Just unbelievable. Never been in the place since and never will go again.
He's a descendant of the N.O. police chief David Hennessy that caused an international incident with his dying words. When asked who shot him, he responded, "dagoes".

I've seen that before. I can say this. If I'm in a business like that I'm not paying rent for 40 years. Add that dollar amount up and see what he has for it. Zero. He probably could have bought a couple buildings with what he paid in rent.
