People are willing to invest in the city. They just don't want to keep giving a blank check to the same assholes who couldn't pour piss out of a boot with instructions printed on the heel, especially when they see neighboring parishes and ISDs booming.
Unless the EBRPSB tosses out some of the entrenched powers within that system, nothing will change for the better.
