saw it last night. loved it. just read it was limited to 4 theaters in the country. 2 in NYC, and i'm guessing 2 in LA. it apparently averaged $150k per night in each theatre. impressive for an indie film.

they are going to roll out it out to more locations next week
Wes Anderson flicks typically open in just a few independent theaters before going nationwide.
Even then, only two of his movies have been given a release of over 1,000 theaters (Fantastic Mr. Fox, and The Life Aquatic).
These days big budget releases usually get anywhere from 3,000 to 4,000 for comparison.
