I think it becomes easier with age for women, I'm sure I thought I was good in bed when I was 20, but I was probably arrogant in my inexperience actually, some things require a level of maturity that's only brought about by experience. But I think there are supposedly an alarming percentage of women out there who claim that they've never experienced an orgasm at all, I don't know how that percentage breaks down into either lack of knowledge or physical impairment though.
