re: Electric Dog Fence

We did it for less than a $100 for an acre. I bought a second hand unit that had never been installed for 50 bucks.

It did not work for us i am glad we did not spend to much. Our dog was a free roamer to start and he got in the widow lady's fresh plowed garden and made a race track out of her black eye peas.

Anyway we installed it put the flags out walked him around for three or four days (not long enough i know). It worked pretty good untill one of his neighborhood budies would come by and say lets go play or laugh at him. He sounded like a bobcat screaming running across the line but he would do it anyway. You could not drag him back across even tho it was turned off, we would have to go get him in the truck and ride his stinky arse back. Hope it works better for you.
