True, I have used my buddy's MLB TV account when I travel, but at $25/month I might as well pay for cable.

Also, for some reason, local broadcasts are blacked out. I can only watch the Braves on MLB TV if i am out of market....

That's because you are suppose to be watching it on the tv service that "you" bought. You might be able to make the website think you are not in the market location.

It's $109 for the entire season if you don't need the atbat app on mobile devices. I paid over $100 for my DirecTV per month and part of the reason it was so high is because I had to have some extra package to get the Fox Sports I needed to watch the Rangers.

There are ways around this
