Let's look at the historical facts.

LBJ put 500,000 troops in Vietnam to fight communism, but it still didn't stop the Russians from invading Czeckoslovakia.
W invaded not only Afghanistan, but also Iraq over the strong objections of Russia and China, but it still didn't stop Russia from invading Georgia.
Since Putin can read history books too, what would have caused him to think that Obama would be more confrontational than Ike, LBJ and W?

Look at the facts'? No ,they would rather make fun of your auto correct/errors & blame Obama's weakness for this Ukraine intervention.
We all know how 'weak' & 'feckless' Dwight Eisenhower was.
