In the opposite, I only weigh 165 so the gymnastic movements are easy for me but the strength stuff kills me. The open weights are usually so light that I do well most of the time.

I am pretty damn good at gymnastic movements. When I drop about 10 pounds, I can do strict muscle ups on the rings, string bar muscle ups and all that. On just strength I am good at hand stand pushups

All that said, I can't do butterfly or kipping pullups

Speaking of gymnastics. ...got ny first 2 strict muscle ups today!

Gene my ideal weight is 185lbs. I was 214 at Christmas so its coming down nicely. Want to be 185-190 by june
