When he rejected an offer to make him the highest paid TE, and countered with $12m, what the fing hell did he expect?!? I wish him well, but if its anything close to $12m, I wish him luck somewhere else.

Amen. With the cap going up the next few years, I imagine we'll gradually see much bigger deals so this could benefit him in the long run by signing a bigger contract next off season.
