I agree with this... It looks horrible. But then again most of FLA blvd looks like shite nowadays.......

Much of that corridor was developed when the developers were making the rules in BR. Very little regulation, which led to awful access problems and unsustainable aesthetics (city-wide, not just along Florida). If they can maintain the character of some of the more unique-looking buildings in the area, the redevelopment can be promising.
