I have never understood why people make a big deal about this place. The neighborhood isn't even that bad of an area, it's just an old motel. It's like people have formed this stigma about it being some crime infested crack den that is risky to even drive near.

I live right around the corner. When the construction is done, it's gonna be a really nice area, except the fricking motel.

If it was in a bad area, noone would care if it was still erect. The problem is, there are brand new homes and decent area not too far away. Santa Maria at Boone and Worthington Estates are nice neighborhoods.
