re: aids a civil right issue?????

I agree that people with HIV /Aids are discriminated against. It is somewhat of a misleading Icon then to use MLK on the billboard. He has come to be known as the symbol for racial injustice, and racial inequality. You see a great deal of rainbow flags and other symbols when the LBGT community has a march,demonstration, or meeting. You do not see pictures of MLK.
This is the source of the disconnect with the billboard.
