You're looking at discrimination as racial discirmination, when there is probably a ton more dicrimination in the black community against gay black males. This campaign seems like an educational one that addresses some of those issues.

No I'm not. I'm looking at is there are countless services offered, most of which are free of charge, that people of all races do not use.

Ever heard the saying, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink?" The same applies here. These agencies announce when and where they will offer testing and information type classes, and guess what people rarely show up
