Well it's a pretty big issue if disrcimination leads to HIV going untreated. And it's a big issue in black communities when discrimination in the black community leads to gay black males being uneducated about HIV

There are tons of free educational seminars on AIDS, free testing and countless other services that are offered. These services are usually held in the inner city. It's not discrimination if they choose not to go and take advantage of these services.
People with HIV/AIDS do not have to disclose that information to employers or housing agencies.
