So you bought a bunch of shite when you were young and then lost your job causing bankruptcy. You work 7 years to get everything back to where it should be making 85k. Now you are making 12k/month for 2 months and the first thing you want to do is buy a 50k truck? You obviously didn't learn from your mistakes.

Buy a reasonable vehicle- start saving for your future house.

No it took a couple of years to get to 85k and made it the last few years. This job is pretty secure and yes I make 12k a month and I'm putting down a minimum of 15k maybe 18-20k. I don't plan on financing anything else until I buy a house. Me financing 30-35k will make me have about $2,500 in total bills a month so I can easily afford it. I will pay it off in less than 2 years so the interest won't hurt as bad. If I pay cash for a truck or finance 5k it won't build my credit as much. Also as I previously said there are benefits to having a brand new truck for my business.

ETA- when I lost my job before I was 22 years old with very little experience. I have since made a name for myself and made a lot of good contacts. I will never have much trouble finding a job again. Since I have gone consulting I've had 3 other companies ask if I wanted to consult for them.
