This is a political "story" that really is about Jindal getting political contributions from those in the nursing home industry and supposedly using the funds in question to make sure they are taken care of. That's why it's a topic of discussion- the budget factor is simply a smokescreen to get to the politics allegedly involved.

this is a fund set up to match funds for the elderly. Obamacare is health insurance and to my knowledge doesnt pay for nursing homes,hospice and other needs of the elderly that medicaid does.
