Kids shouldn't playing in the road anyway even if they can see. That's what backyards are for.

F-that I grew up in a cul-de-sac. We had bases praypainted on the street. Would ride bikes, and play in it all the time. We get like eight cars a day.

what if she walks outside while the mother is distracted , I think a sign would be a great idea.....my best friend is blind, he was always legally blind growing up and lost his sight completely a couple months ago. He only lives about a mile from me and I get him to go places with me as much as possible
