Just a guess, but I bet the ones complaining the loudest don't own mineral rights.

ETA: I kind of miss the Weather Channel on directv.

I will say this, I wouldn't want to live in the middle of the Eagle Ford shale right now for any number of reasons....I would've liked to own property (with minerals) there, but after cashing in I'd move.

Texas apparently can't control its own business so we obviously need more government funding at the federal level and more taxes to support the additional funding. Seems like the only solution.

Moarrrrrr government.

Its almost like the companies that own TV stations use them for PR and propaganda for things that benefit them....

That said it is highly unethical for them to not disclose their conflict of interest.

First time I think anyone has considered an earthquake and fracking to be weather related events. As noted above look at who owns them or what to expect the reporting to find an answer to the "problem". This will be taken as gospel truth by very many people. The intelligence of far too many low information voters was displayed by a night time comedian on the streets when he informed brainless idiots on the streets of LA of the recent death of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Someone needs to place a yellow dog on a ballot with a D behind his name and see how many votes he gets.

Meanwhile, there have been swarms of earthquakes in Oklahoma, and that staunch leftist Sam Brownback has convened a panel to find out why the same thing is happening in Kansas LINK
