Paul George hasn't proven you can build a franchise around him. He wasn't the main peace to the Pacers being good. David West and Roy Hibbert were. He just grew and got better and was able to benefit from there down low.

I'm not saying he couldn't be a franchise player but I don't think he is on the level of those other guys who actually built teams up from the bottom.

Agree. I think most of the players who in their first couple of years and are really good, are all kind of wait and see.

Except, AD, but I'm biased.
