BRCC is in a 3-way tie for best course in BR. UClub, CCL, and BRCC. Depends on which day you hit each one, but each have their downfalls and benefits. All are different, but all are top notch.

The quality is there.
But it is a pretty typical course.
Unlike UClub, The Bluffs, or CCL which are more resort style courses than metropolitan clubs.
