I have played several times. Nothing special. Its a typical BR course that is built on a tiny piece of property.

BR area course rankings IMO
1a. The Bluffs (in peak condition, place is a roller coaster ride in terms of play as well as condition
)

5. Beaver Creek

I realize there will be a lot of disagreement here. Hell I like Beaver way more than most people.
