That signing day stat blew my mind. Every 5 star that signed with Bama under Saban has been drafted in the first round. Holy shite that's amazing. Just the sheer luck of them not being injured like Faulk at LSU. Also the high wash out rate in college, for every single one to go in the first is really just ridiculous.
What a bullshite stat!!! I usually lurk but statements like this just make my blood boil. Did you actually question the authenticity of that statement before it blew your mind? Saban is a great recruiter and he certainly doesn't need the help with false statements perpetuated by our fanbase.
Let's look at the FACTS.
2008 JULIO JONES, Burton Scott, Tyler Love
2009 D.J. FLUKER, Nico Johnson, DRE KIRKPATRICK, TRENT RICHARDSON
2010 DEMARCUS MILLINER
Saban's 5-star signees according to RIVALS his first 3 years. 5/8 were drafted in the first round. Great percentage IMO, but not nearly the flawless 100%.

Yeah I believe the stat was every draft eligible five star under Saban. It was very cleverly worded not to account for the guys who were processed. When you look at the whole tally it's about the same as any other school. If it isn't yet then Eddie Williams, Phillip Sims, and Dee Hart will knock their total down to earth.
