What regulations do you propose for a black market hosted on an anonymizing network (Tor) that facilitates pseudonymous transaction?

The Silk Road is the online bazaar for illegal goods. This is certainly not good for the Dread Pirate Roberts but shouldn't have a lasting impact on the economy

Answer the question please.

From the Dread Pirate Roberts:
No marketplace is perfect. Expect any centralized market to fail at some point. This is precisely why we must unite in the decision to decentralize.

I think he has more pressing matters to attend to at this time....seems somewhere along the line the ole boy forgot about NAP.

Silk Road 2.0 operators.......are simply using this transaction malleability bug as a cloud of smoke to run off with 88,000 BTC.
What?!? A enterprise specializing in the trafficking of illegal goods might have dishonest people operating it!?!
I'm shocked!!
Shocked I tell you!!

So a little less than one percent of all currently mined bitcoins were stolen in one swoop from a single website?
So, the question becomes: How much of Silk Road 2.0's stash did that account for?
If ten plus percent of all mined bitcoins are being used on a website to buy and sell illicit goods, that kind of explains bitcoin's real appeal in a nutshell, doesn't it? And it has nothing to do with democratizing the concept of money or any other similarly lofty goals.

It wasn't SR2s stash. According to DPR3 it was 100% of consumer funds in escrow.

I can't explain what went right over your head.

I'm talking about the current DPR not Ross Ulbricht.
Also, Ross isn't being charged with murder-for-hire crimes

You shouldn't opine on subjects that you don't understand.
The regulations that will counter this will be built in escrow.
