Is 3.3% on a $23000.00 loan ok? 60 months . Credit score around 800

Penfed is 1.99%. with an 800 CS, you should get that no prob.

Depends on the year of the car but anything less than 5 years old you should be able to get something in the 2% or less range

3.3.% is what the dealership is charging you. They are trying to make a point or two on the financing..which is how the finance manager makes his money. The actual Buy Rate that the bank is offering is probably lower than 3.3%. If you play hard ball, you may be able to get it down to 2.5 or so with the dealership. Good luck.

PenFed is offering 0 % interest on used vehicles if you go through their car buying service.

Come on, is your credit score really that good?

if your credit score is that good you should not pay more than 2

That's horseshite. It's a used car. Most banks are going to charge u 2.25-2.5 all day unless you're borrowing half the value of the car.

I would not be comfortable financing a used car for 60 months but that's just me

I'd say 90% of the people that finance used cars finance them for 72 months nowadays.
