That's what I was looking for. Some kind of explanation or insight as to what he thought about Central.

I have a lot of family and friends that live in Central. They are all very happy with what's going on out there.

Some people do not think a community is doing great things unless they are developing an entertainment district in their downtown. If there is no downtown and their is no taxpayer provided entertainment then it is a terrible place to raise a family.
