I would have taken the risk before I had my daughter....now suddenly the money, benefits and stability are too hard to walk away from. BUT having lived in orange beach, a legit restaurant serving something other than pizza or seafood would do well.

perfect window was back in 08 when the real estate market there crashed, would have been been a great time to secure some property
