If they are projecting a 3-4 defense, Valentine or the kid from Kentucky should be on there ahead of Willis.

Also, Brumfield is better and (mostly) higher ranked than Braden Smith.

Yeah that confused me too. I know they are going off pure composite rank, but how could you put or prefer a 6'3 275lb DE/DT as a Nose tackle over a 6'4 330lb space eater? I know Willis will fill out over a year but at signing day, I'd take Valentine or Elam in a 3-4.

Willis isn't getting left off, he may be better at DE in that lineup but there is no way you leave him off completely
