What is this?

I am not using the kayak to fish. It's for paddling. I also want to take it into the ocean.

Waders probably are not the best solution for me. I don't want to be that restricted in movement.

If I am mostly going to be using covering of some sort when the air is warm in the spring before the water gets warm and the fall as the water starts to get cool, would a dry suit still be your preference?
