look, just b/c they say "$75 million", doesn't mean they would get anywhere near that. the big number just creates problems, which is why La prohibits ad damnum clauses in pleadings.

i did say "want" in the title
what kills me is somewhere there exists probably a 5,000 page document written by this law firm with charts, graphs and rational reasoning to clearly document how every penny of that $75m is deserved.
