Thanks Meauxjeaux2... I'll keep driving it and hopefully I can get the ready status for the last two points.

I stopped at the inspection station and asked the guy how many not ready flags I was allowed. He looked at me in a confused look and said he wasn't sure. He's seen not ready flags but never counted them. So I know in LA you can get not ready flags and still pass, just don't know how many and for which points. The place was getting painted so they weren't taking customers at that particular time. I may stop at another inspection station and ask them.

Sounds like you just need to drive it some more. Taje it to work for a few days and then take it on a longer drive on the weekend. I have to do this every year because I reprogram mine alot and it resets the ECM each time.
