An evap code had nothing to do with fuel pressure, I don't believe. Those trucks were notorious for evap codes, but it was a poorly designed vent solenoid, which has an updated part from gm. Is the CEL on now?

No CEL on right now. The only thing I have is a not ready status for Evap and Cat. I found this documentation but need help interpreting it.
Max Not Ready Flags:
One NR for MY2001+, two NR for MY1996-2000
That is for the state of LA. Not sure if its current.
