Paging OT mechanics OBDII Not Ready status (Update)

I have a 1999 Silverado and it shows Not Ready for the I/M Stats for the Cat, EGR and Evap. When I went to get my inspection it of course failed. I've driven 200 miles since the failed inspection and it now shows 2 not read (Cat and Evap). Looks like the Max not ready flags for a 1996-200 is two. Does that mean two means I fail or can I go back and pass the emissions with 2 NR flags?
I have my own scan tool so I can see that I am N/R on two things. Didn't think to scan it before I went for my inspection the first time.

Did you clear a check engine lite in order to get an inspection? (Disconnect the battery)
