when you press on the gas hard does it bog down?
I press on the gas adn it accelerated very slowly. It feels like it bogs a little I guess.

does it shift through all the gears?
yes. After driving it around for 10 minutes, it accelerates and drives normally. It's just those first 10 minutes it just has no power to accelerate, even when I press the pedal hard. it just refuses to ramp up the rpms.

sounds like a computer control issue.
Did you reset the computer?
If not unplug the negative terminal from the battery and hold the key in the start position for 30 seconds.
Then see if you still have the problem. I'm assuming no CEL's so you probably don't have a MAF sensor or something out.
Fuel delivery could be an issue, but wouldn't explain why it get's better after ten minutes.
If you suspect it could be a exhaust blockage in the cats, you could remove the upstream O2 sensors and run it and see if it improves. If not and it's not the computer then look at the fuel filter, then the fuel pump.
