How often do we get this type of weather that shuts down the interstate? Not often enough to warrant spending money to remedy it.
I had zero issue getting across town TO work, and it was like a 45 minute drive on airline/jefferson home. Not ideal, but not outrageous (I've seen worse on a normal good weather Friday).
I understand there are much larger issues at hand than me getting to and from work, but for one or two days every half decade, it doesn't make sense to spend the money.
