$750 is not bad at all for what you get. I live in another Zachary neighborhood and pay $300 for basically getting the grass cut. We have been watching Americana though. The Y is nice and I think the neighborhood will take off.

The lot sizes have a lot to be desired, and the drawings I have seen have not been amazing in my humble opinion.
The Y is a nice feature of course but I'm wondering how well things are going. Weren't the first houses supposed to be done last spring? It's taking a long time to get off the ground.
Would many people want to buy until they name some of the retail places that will be there?
