Interior lacks. Layout of console and shifter is ok, buttons on door for window and locks are not backlit, as is very little. Best AC and Heater I have ever had. Stock radio without upgrade blows. Hands free feature is better than Ford ever dreamed of.

Leather quality is about average, back seat is huge in crewmax.

Interior is great. Quality backup camera, hands free everything, text messaging on your display and she'll read it to you while driving or you can read it while stopped, illumination is great and easy on the eyes, two 12v chargers, 1 usb and one aux port up front.

I have the captains seats up front and the way the center console hits is just perfect, well designed, but I imagine this could be different based on your size. I love the console shifter, lots of cupholders. I find there are not many areas where "crap gets accumulated". Seems almost all spaces around the console and shifter have a definitive use.

Has a nice grip spot on dash above radio for cell phone, sunglasses, etc.

I find the touchscreen is nice and the way it all works is cool. It has three panels, one for phone, one for weather and one for music. You can change it to two.

I can't really speak on tigerfoot's comments about backlit. He has a 2011 he said, but I've never noticed what may not be backlit, seems like everything is. I've yet to find myself looking for a switch because I always know where windows and door locks are so I don't have to look for them at night, they're right where they're supposed to be.

And of course, the crew max has the rear roll down window(no one else has it) which is a great feature and used often by me when the weather is nice.

I'm trying to be biased, I'm truly trying to think of something that I don't like and I can't think of it, but I've only had the truck a month.
