This is how you do it.


Don't be too surprised if your boss/manager gets angry or acts like a dick even when you handle your side of the situation with class and consideration.
Often times this reaction stems from the fact that the employee has been doing a good job and now the manager is hit with the stress of finding an adequate replacement.
