So how much did you hold from your tenants that moved out of the side you stayed up all night cleaning?

I kept $0. There wasn't any damage or debris anywhere but everything needed to be scrubbed down really well including the walls, bathrooms, refrigerator, etc. My new tenants have an automatic $100 cleaning fee taken from their deposit, this has to be included in the lease.
