Looks like it would be a great location and fun place to live if you enjoyed boating. Anybody ever been there or know anything about it?

Been there a few times. The beaches are nice. Hotels are quality. We enjoyed it.

We took our boat and stayed in a house on a canal for 2 weeks. Fished about 7 hours a day...

Really liked it the time I was there. With a nice business or income, would be a great place to live. IMHO
