I am sure your kid is a good student, mine by all accounts is also. Teachers are human, don't forget. Maybe jealous of her, or doesn't like you or your wife, or maybe (as in my case) my son was better at sports than her son and that bothered her.

You can always put her picture of the fark board and let people go to town on her.
