No he did not. He never said he was pure Cajun, but rather described himself as a "half bleed" (His mother was) Also never described himself as a Chef, but "a damn good cook" Justin Wilson did more for the tourism/food industry in the State than just about anyone. He was an entertainer/humorist, and "a damn good one". In the many conversations I had with him he never spoke in his 'entertainer' voice. He was an excellent ambassador for the State Of Louisiana. ~~~
